We recognize that rapid prototyping
is an integral process that has become increasingly important in achieving
a longer life span of your production tool. Our design and engineering
team can make your prototype within a few weeks, and take from it critical
information and data to create a more dependable production mold.

Pioneer offers a wide variety of prototyping and developmental
services for our customers. Some prototypes include: epoxy resin transfer
molds, silicone rubber and/or epoxy molds for cast urethane parts
to simulate multiple part applications, hand laminated fiberglass
or carbon fiber parts. In some cases, these sampled parts serve as
key reference parts early on in the design stage. |
The ability to evaluate
an actual part even before prototype drawing release helps to eliminate
many of the drawing revisions that would otherwise follow.
In addition, Pioneer's part production and custom finishing capabilities
make it feasible to try several different processes and stay within
budget.
Another product that Pioneer provides is prototype development
samples which are built on a CMM machine for data and fit &
finish evaluation. We have also supplied painted, finished and assembled
parts directly to the production line on a just-in-time basis, typically
used for new-line startup. |
|
Pioneer also produces many types of custom fixtures. Check fixtures, bond
and assembly fixtures, drill and trim fixtures, and water-jet fixtures have
are also provided to ensure part dimensions and improved quality.
Our engineers can produce FDM, SLS or other rapid prototype
parts; from aluminum CNC cut molds to the management of SLA type parts
and tools. Prototype molds of either kirksite or
aluminum for injection, compression, RIM or as mentioned CNC cut. Other
materials include; Aluminum, P-20 and MUD Sets. |
