Our finite scheduling systems lay the plan for our CNC machining centers which are equipped with shop floor programming software and high speed machining capability. Our high speed machines can cut with precision many times faster than a normal CNC machine while acheiving superior surface finishes and reducing our handwork time.

Designing molds with either Cold-Runner, Hot-Sprue or Hot-Runner systems. Molds made with S-7, H-13, Hardened Tools. Production Machining - CNC Wire EDM, CNC EDM and CNC Milling. Specialty Equipment– CNC Machining Centers, Conventional, Wire & CNC EDM. We also provide mold certification programs, including statistical validation.

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment has gained increasing importance as a critical operation in the mould build process. The rapid advancement of this well accepted technology has been a key target for investment at the Pioneer's facilities.

The CNC Wire & EDM machines provide the highest quality and performance available from complete cavities and cores to the smallest intricate details with superior surface finishes, reducing our handwork. By using our high speed carbon cutting machining centers to manufacture electrodes and CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines to certify them, every electrode's accuracy is ensured.
