Testing & Qualification

As an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, we follow strict quality policies as well as customer specific requirements and criterion.

We provide our customers with a record of the First Article Report (FAR), as well as any other customer required analysis, so they have a detailed dimensional description of their plastic parts.

With in-house design services, we are able to both design and manufacture but are not limited to; manual and fully automated SPC checking fixtures, full attribute gages, hand applies, assembly fixtures and CMM holding fixtures, and secondary tooling.

Our fixtures are manufactured using state-of-the-art 2-5 axis CNC controlled machining centers and DCC coordinate measurement machines to insure that we meet all of your accuracy requirements.

At Pioneer, we are committed to continuously improving our operations and process through the use of our detailed quality management systems. At each level, we test and measure consistently to guarantee our precision engineering.

In addition, our quality, engineering and manufacturing teams are trained in problem solving methods, to ensure that if a problem occurs, it will be rectified quickly and not be repeated. Pioneer's quality departments are equipped with CMM machines of varying sizes, with the capability of laser scanning and analysis.
